MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
In the unlikely event that your goods arrIve damaged, faulty or incorrect , please contact us on:

Please note that damaged items must be reported within 24hours of a signed delivery.
We will then offer you either the choice of: (A) An exchange of faulty part or product or (B) Collection with full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
I WISH TO RETURN MY ITEM AND BE REFUNDED
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item.
Returns must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Once we have received any returned items in our warehouse, and checked them, we will refund your money, less any shipping costs
(unless you have returned the items at your own expense).
Please note we are unable to accept returns on bespoke made upholstered items - please ask for a free swatch for all bespoke upholstered items prior to purchase.
