MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please note that these cases must be reported within 24hours of a signed delivery.
We will then offer you either the choice of: (A) An exchange of faulty part or product or (B) Collection with full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights

You have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery of your Products without giving a reason.
Items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund your money, less any collection fee e.g. returns costs (unless you have returned the items at your own expense).
*Bespoke Items: Please note that we are unable to accept returns on bespoke made upholstered items, (unless there was a provable damage during transportation), so please ask for swatches for all bespoke upholstered items prior to purchase.

You will receive a copy of the same form at your email address. Please print the form and insert it into each box you are returning.
